The Yoga Loft~ Summer Schedule

When attending weekday morning classes, please park on the street and leave the parking lot open for the patients of the practitioners downstairs. Thank you.
$45 for 5 classes, prepaid, or $10.00 per class for drop-ins. No charge for meditation lessons.
$180 for unlimited classes within any 3 month period, excluding workshops and special events.
(The fine print: As of 1/1/18 we no longer offer first class free. First class is now $5 which can be applied toward the purcahse of 5 classes.)
Wear stretchy, comfortable clothing.
Have bare feet and an empty stomach.
Yoga mats and props are supplied or bring your own.
Beginners always welcomed.
Anyone may join in at any time. You have the option to stay after class on Monday morning, or just drop-in around 10:45 for a 45 minute meditation lesson and practice. There is no extra charge. The lesson is open to people who do not attend the yoga class, although combining the two practices is very conducive toward achieving a quieter mind.
There will be some study of pranayama techniques as preparation for meditation in the traditional yoga format of Prana Vidya as taught by Kali Ray.
